Feature Rich

For a fixed monthly fee, our package includes the user licence, a choice of handset or PC Client. It also includes the mobile application licence, auto attendant, hunt groups, call centre features, disaster recovery, 24/7 network monitoring, CTi integration, video calling and 5000 minutes per user call bundle to local and national landlines and UK mobile numbers.

Handsets

The handsets we provide are Polycom's top of the range which offer a wealth of features, with colour screen and offer full HD speech quality. The mobile application and the PC Client are also feature rich and proprietary to this system.

Calls Included

Our package includes calls to local, national and UK mobile so unless you make international or premium rate calls you are also getting a fixed monthly cost which many customers find attractive for budgetary purposes. If you are spending a lot of money on line rental and calls let us analyse your bill to see if hosted telephony is the right choice for you.

Future Proof

CAT5 Network

A larger hosted system would require your premises to have a CAT5 network. Don't worry if your premises doesn't currently have this, we can survey your premises and quote to install one.
