With online billing from 1st Call you don't need to wait for your bill every month to see what is happening.
Every month your bill is sent to a designated e-mail address in PDF format, however if during the month you need to look at a particular call or you want to see how much you have spent then with a user name and password you can do the following.
Call Analysis – This gives you the ability to view call information for current and past billing periods. A filtering tool is provided to report on various parameters including duration, time of day and call cost.
Reports – Many reports are available, including extension analysis, department analysis, 30 longest calls and 30 most expensive calls. These can be queried per site and against previous billing periods.
User Administration – User information can be added, deleted or updated.
