Company History
1994
1st Call was founded. With just 4 people the aim was to provide impartial advice and a quality service to its customers
1996
This philosophy was what the telecommunications industry needed and in just two years the company had doubled its workforce and moved to larger premises in Mosborough
2000
The company continued to grow and by the year 2000 it was now employing over 20 staff and had an annual turnover in excess of £1,000,000. The next stage of growth saw us moving again to larger premises in Eckington and also saw us add low cost calls and lines to the portfolio.
2006
In 2006, with over 6000 satisfied customers and now employing over 30 staff we took our most ambitious step to date. We moved to brand new purpose built premises in Renishaw near Sheffield. These new premises which are just off junction 30 of the M1 give us the room to expand and develop the business. It has also allowed us to set up a demonstration room where our customers can come and see the latest technology and try out for themselves the features and benefits a new telephone system can give them.
TODAY
We continue to grow but still adhere the same philosophy of putting the customer first, our mission statement sums this up
