Line Rental

1st Call can provide your business with a range of lines and services to suit your needs. We can transfer your lines from an existing BT account and install new lines using BT engineers. The benefit to your business, of course, will be discounts on your line rental, substantial savings to your call charges and a first class customer service.

Will it affect my service by switching?
It takes 14 days to transfer the service to 1st Call and there is no loss of service upon the transfer. BT will continue to provide maintenance backup on your lines just as they did before, the only changes would be that you would have a direct point of contact at 1st Call to report any faults, add services or discuss any billing queries you may have.
