WE ARE INDEPENDENT We are not tied to any one manufacturer, therefore our sales team will recommend to you a system that best suits YOUR needs, not ours or a particular manufacturers.
OUR OWN ENGINEERING TEAM We only use our own engineers that are employed by and only work for 1st Call. We have engineers on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year so if you have a maintenance contract with 1st Call you have complete peace of mind.
A PROVEN TRACK RECORD 1st Call has been in business since 1993 and in that time we have built an enviable database of satisfied customers. We are happy for you to contact any of our existing customers for a reference and attach a list of some of those for you should you wish to do so.
